Yes. We need your contact details (name, email, phone, address) for the shipment. The password allows you to connect to track your parcel easily.

Payment and Orders

Is the website secured ?
Yes, our website is secured with a SSL certificate. We never have your banking information.
You may be asked to provide proof (identidy, residence) in order to secure the transaction.

How to pay by credit / debit card ?
Available for France + Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Saint-Marin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United-Kingdom (in EURO only)

Available for all countries (USD or EURO).

How to pay by bank transfer ?
Available for all countries (in EURO and SEPA only)
- Validate your order to receive our bank account details (IBAN).
- Then make a transfer (SEPA only)of the total amount, from your account to account (within 10 day)
- Please add the order number on the transfer
- If you want to reserve the products, send us a proof of payment by email.
- Your order is shipped as soon as we receive the total amount.


How cancel my order ?
- if your order is validated, you can't cancel your order, it's already processing.
- If your order isn't validated, it will be cancelled automatically after some delay.


Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Paid orders before 12 pm (Central European Time) are shipped the same-day (only business days).

How can I track my parcel ?
Please connect to your customer account and check the status of your order.
Open the SHIPPING frame to find the tracking number and tracking link. If it's not available, please wait for the next day update.

What can I do if my parcel is late ?
If the tracking indicated that your parcel is late, please contact the customer service with a maximum of information about your address. 


Return and Refund

What is return policy ?

• You have 15 days (from reception date) to register online, then 45 days to send back your parcel.

• A prepaid label (see cost below) is included to make your return easier from +20 european countries.

• You can send back any type of products in its original condition (no damaged, washed, modified or worn).

• We refund within 15 days (no exchange).


What is return cost ?

Use the prepaid return label, without payment. A flat rate is deducted from your refund.

• 9,90€ : Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

• 15€ : Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Irland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

• 19,90€ : Croatia, Finland, Grece, Malta, Romania + french overseas (DOM)

• 45€ : Australia

• 6,90€ : France, Monaco, Andorra

Other countries : at your own cost

Send back with the carrier of your choice. We refund your product(s) totally.


Do you make exchange ?

No. Please make a new order on our website. You will receive it faster and avoid a product to be out of stock.


What if I received a wrong or defective reference ?

Don't send back the parcel directly. Please first send a picture to the customer service that will take care of your return. Thanks.

The servers are located at Online SAS - BP 438 - 75366 PARIS CEDEX 08. These servers hold data relating to the accounts of clients who have expressly registered themselves on our database.

This data can be deleted at the client's request.

The data h will not be exchanged, given, sold, or hired out to third party companies.
